Favorite CF Workout/type of workout:
I like 15 minute AMRAPS. Cleans, overhead squats, wall balls, walking lunges....these movements make me happy. I also LOVE partner WODS.
None! Crossfit was my first foray into fitness and it fit like a glove.
Why you do CrossFit:
I CrossFit for the way it makes me feel in my body and in my head. It's a struggle. It's energizing. It gives me goals and accomplishments. I love the community-- meeting people from all walks of life who are all working to have a more fit and full life.
Greatest CrossFit memory/experience:
Participating in Festivus is a highlight for me. I loved looking around at the girls I was working out with--each of us facing favorite movements AND goats; each of us with bundles of nerves but doing it anyway; each of us with different body types and backgrounds; each of us working hard to succeed; each of us wanting, more than anything, to see each other succeed....it was an amazing CrossFit community experience.

since February 2013
Bachelors' Degrees in general studies and fine art. I am also a CrossFit Level 1 trainer.
