 I CROSSFIT TO CHALLENGE MYSELF BOTH MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY.

GREATEST CROSSFIT MEMORY/EXPERIENCE: 

THE FEELING AFTER MY FIRST CROSSFIT WORKOUT, WHICH WAS A BEAR COMPLEX. I USED 65LBS AND THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE. AFTER I FINISHED THE WORKOUT I KNEW I HAD FOUND MY NEW SPORT. I WAS COMPLETELY ADDICTED.
