I PLAYED multiple sports most of my life. Played SOFTBALL IN HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE. dabbled in physique/bodybuilding for a few years until i got involved with crossfit.
WHY YOU DO CROSSFIT:
there is something special about suffering through a grueling workout that you have to push yourself through mentally and PHYSICALLY only to collapse on the floor in a pool of your own sweat. Then you look around to see the most random group of people in the same EUPHORIC state. I love that no matter how much better you get the work outs will always challenge you.
GREATEST CROSSFIT MEMORY/EXPERIENCE:
Learning double unders and muscle ups. r.i.p. to all of those poor little t-shirts that were sacrificed.

almost 3 years
