Membership:

 

We offer 3 times/week training and unlimited training options for those interested in becoming Catahoula CrossFit athletes. See our pricing tier here, which includes individual, couple and family options.

 

On Board:

Our On Board program, a series of two introductory classes, is for those new to CrossFit. This is offered each Tuesday and Thursday form 5:15-6:15. Two On Board classes are required for those new to CrossFit before beginning regular classes.

 

Saturdays:

Saturdays at Catahoula CrossFit are part of our regular programming, but we believe Saturdays are for fun! See our Wodify schedule for what each week will hold. Examples include bring a friend day, games at the park, functional movement for charities, "Honor the Fallen" HERO WOD Challenges, and more.
