FITNESS BACKGROUND:  STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING FROM HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL AND COLLEGE FOOTBALL. STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH AT CEDAR CREEK HIGH SCHOOL FOR 3 YRS, AND HEAD POWER LIFTING COACH FOR 2 YRS. 

WHY I DO CROSSFIT: I STARTED CROSSFIT THE WAY MOST PEOPLE DO TO GET IN SHAPE AND HAVE A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE. AT THE TIME THAT I STARTED I WAS OVER WEIGHT AND THE JOB THAT I HAVE REQUIRES ME TO BE IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION AND I WAS NOT. CROSSFIT HAS HELPED ME CHANGE MY LIFE STYLE AND MENTAL OUTLOOK ON LIFE.

GREATEST CROSSFIT MEMORY/EXPERIENCE:  I HAVE TWO EXPERIENCES. FIRST WAS THE FIRST TIME I DID MURPH. IT WAS ABOUT THREE MONTHS AFTER I HAD STARTED CROSSFIT AND I WAS DETERMINED TO DO THE WORKOUT RX. IT TOOK ME LONGER THAN I HAD ANTICIPATED BUT I FINISHED RX AND IT WAS A GREAT MILESTONE IN MY CROSSFIT LIFE.  SECOND WOULD BE GETTING MY LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION AND STRIKING CERT. THESE CLASSES CHALLENGE YOU TO BE BETTER AND FORCE YOU OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE.
