Anything that doesn’t involve running. Heavy barbell work makes me happy.

WHY YOU DO CROSSFIT:
It helps deal with life’s curve balls. allows me to keep up with whatever life throws at me mentally or physically. there’s also something about getting to not only workout but also hang out with a great group of people all striving to be 1% better.
GREATEST CROSSFIT MEMORY/EXPERIENCE:
By and far, it’s been being able to coach individuals and seeing their progress day in and day out. that moment when utter joy comes over their faces as they complete a workout or a movement that they thought they weren’t able to.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING CROSSFIT:
Finishing up my b.a. in professional aviation
Currently a bartender and rep at gnc while finishing school.
HOBBIES/OTHER NONCF INTERESTS:
Playing golf, being a huge movie geek, grilling, watching football and soccer, and hanging out with friends
